try cheesecake with stevia...I am on a semi-Atkins plan and make cheesecake that way..substitute about 1/2 teaspoon of white powdered stevia for a cup of sugar...you might have to experiment a bit..some people find stevia bitter but I find it an excellent sugar substitute. mg
