As a local Hartford TV news guy said tonight: 'Karaoke isn't all that good with clothes on.' :) OK, progressive civil-libertian 'Catters: does the Bill of Rights protect this ultimate assault upon audio-visual sensibilities, voiding the repressive town ordinance??
