This term covers such a broad range of beliefs that it may be impossible to achieve.
Not that I think the Liberal party should continue to consider itself the natural governing choice.
I think Canadians need to re-examine the basic structures of our parliamentary system.
For example, let's look at proportional representation, direct election of senators, and a larger role for participation of cities in federal decision making.
