I got the version of the song from Cantaria and it seemed like a graft with some Gaelic sounding vocables... my suspicions confirmed, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. The graft makes it into a more substantial song and the whole works well with a bit of bodhran backing. Anyway, thanks for the contributions. I haven't managed to find anything about the band either.
