1. Use demagoguery as often as possible, avoiding any dialogue.
2. Look for polarizing positions, and in an adolescent way, attempt to classify all people on one side or the other.
3. Use people, who have the credibility of prefessional wrestlers (Rush Limbaugh, Michael Moore, Hilary Clinton, Pat Robertson) to
polarize peoples' positions. Again, an adolescent approach, thats' worked since junior high school.
4. Avoid anything resembling dialogue. You might have to think.
