I see all sorts of evidence that the Republicans are slowly manipulating the procedures, laws, courts, voting districts...etc., to ensure that they will ALWAYS win, while leaving a superfical appearance of fairness and democracy......I just had not thought that voting machines were an obvious target..until now. I sincerely hope this is wrong.
