Inclusive? The United States has been more polarized since Junior got selected than it was (if my memory serves) through all the decade before. I grant you the nation was badly rattled by the 9-11-01 attacks but they could well have served as a unifying force rather than a jingoistic one. There's a world of difference.

Bush's campaigns have caused divisions over issues of wealth, issues of privilege, issues of gender, race and Gawd knows what all. I can't find any exam[pes of his seeking to unify. Can you offer some?
