You're right of course, Kendall... certainly on a national level, and most of the time on a state level too. On a local level, I've seen many issues that aren't really Republican or Democrat, and don't relate all that much to the national party platform... things like funding for a new park, or restoration of the old opera house, here in Derby. For me, lines get a little more blurred on the local level, and I can go both ways (politically.) On a state and National level, I vote party line.
