O'Sullivan lists the sources for this piece as being the Forde Manuscript and the Pigot Manuscript, both now in the Royal Irish Academy in Dublin (O'Neill got it from Forde, though not all of the pieces listed in O'Neill's "Carolan" section are actually by him). I think the third part of Blind Mary you are referring to has been grafted on at a later time.
