My deepest sympathy to you. So sad to hear.

My three gals have been inside for almost all of their 14 years, and they're just fine with that. There's plenty for them to get into indoors and on the screened porch. And now that they're "elderly ladies", they're content with just napping in the sun. I second kat's sentiments.
