guest, I also read another book by Dan Brown that precedes the DaVinci Code, takes place in and around the Vatican, and it was also very enjoyable. A good book to read if you have been to Rome or want to go is it discribes a lot of areas in Rome very well WOrth a read. It is called Angels and Demons, and spends a lot of time discussing the Illuminati.
