Wow- a refusal to work day. While this might have a limited impact, I think one day is not enough. If the workers could organize, say a monthly refusal-to-work day, this might actually get these cocksuckers attention.

I'd suggest the 15th of every month. The 1st would probably ruin society as we know it. Give the fuckers a little time to prepare. Have a heart, for goddsake.

But if on the 15th of EVERY month, all the nurses, librarians, grocery clerks, teachers, school bus drivers etc. were to not work, I think that it wouldn't take long before the powers that be start to recognize the errors of their ways.

If they don't, we could expand to two or three days a month. I don't think it'd take more than a year before we get decent wages and health care.

Note that this is the same strategy that unions have employed. But most of us are unable to join a union. We need to act together as a cohesive group of service workers, long taken for granted in the US.

But we would need an exceptionally strong leader, unlike any of the current Democratic fold. A revoltionary visionary, so to speak.

But if the service sector of our economy were to stand up, as a whole and flex their muscles, even the very rich could not ignore it for very long. Thanks, BlueJay
