Some of the early Disney cartoons - and others by other makers appear to have either passed into Public Domain due to lack of renewing copyright, or have been released on VCD. These are turning up on my local Community TV - Bris 31.

There are quite a lot with very obvious WWII references. Also the Bugs Bunny character looks very different from the modern re-drawings. Also some of the Bugs ones seem to have him behave in a way that is indistinguishable from Daffy Duck... maybe Disney wants to ensure "product differentiation" like in hamburgers....

There are also a lot with very strong "Nigger" connotations, some of which are so strong as to make me uncomfortable, and some of which are so minor as to make me wonder...

There is another famous one of Elmer Fudd, where he is trying to go to sleep and has the fight with the candle which won't extinguish itself - unless it is just the level of expressed casual violence which is also common to many others that appear to have been deemed non-PC. Another famous cartoon is the red and black ants declaring war over the picnic.

I can't recall if the "Der Führer's Face" with Donald Duck has been on, but there is one about Herman Goering hunting Bugs. Also one about the carrier pigeon and Mata Hari. Some Daffy Duck ones are around too. Most of them are still very funny, if somewhat historically dated.
