Sins, sometimes you can dial *69 and it will tell you the last number which called yours and offer to dial the number for you. Of course that doesn't always work with a blocked number and SNET or whoever you are with may charge for it.

Any company with which you've done business in the recent past is exempt from the no-call list. Phone companies are great ones for that...ya gotta have a phone, so who're they gonna call! It ain't ghostbusters!
