I am seriously considering setting up a stereo speaker next to my phone, and when I get a telemarketer on the line saying: "Can you hold for a moment while I get Mr Dylan for you? That's his department..." Then I lay the receiver down beside the stereo speaker and cue the CD player to start the song "Positively 4rth Street" at top volume...

"You've got a lotta nerve to say you are my friend...when I was down you just stood there grinnin'!!!"

I figure by the second or third verse of Bob's vitriolic comments, they'll be gone...
