I snore, I breathe through my mouth at time and I'm on medications for chronic rhinitis, etc. When I first came to this high desert country, I had rather frequent, but not very bad, nosebleeds. Gradually I'm acclimatizing. But it ain't fun!! I still have sleep disturbances.
