FWIW, Hal Leonard publishes a decent little fake book "The Real Little Classical Fake Book" which contains this and 600 other "classical themes and melodies in their original keys". I've used it much more than I anticipated because it's a great source for tunes for electric bass lessons (I transpose for the student usually), and non-pop guitar and mandolin. It has good (and many) chord changes indicated guitar style above the staff, and many melodies have supporting harmonies (like the Chopin stuff), all written in the treble clef. The only downer is the very small print, but all I do is scan or photocopy and enlarge (and sometimes cut and paste to tab it for students). It was an afterthought from a shopping trip and a good afterthought at that.
