Yeah, I just went back to Yahoo's Lacy J Dalton site, which confirms (I didn't doubt your research, Jim!) that it was a Moffatt/Sebert composition, adding the fact that Peb Sebert is Hugh's ex-wife. They also collaborated on "Old Flames (Can't Hold A Candle To You)", probably Hugh's best known work.

I really wasn't checking for that aspect of it when I looked at the LJD site the first time ~~ sloppy research.
