Of course McDonald's is perfectly pleased to sell you a Happy Meal when you come in with the little darling clutching a baggie fill of tabs, and no doubt soccer mama must have her Big Mac and Diet Coke as long as they're visiting, eh? And after all there is the playground handy, maybe the next birthday party gets booked.... Multiply that by all the good little tab-collectors and their families...

The PR for doing good with RMcD House is the point, not the actual dollars netted. It's a promotion-- part of a marketing plan.
