Ebbie, if it is Tendonitis, it MAY come right again with rest. My shoulder is almost right, 3 years on, but it is a gradual process.
I was offered the Cortisone treatment, but when I inquired how it works, it is an injection RIGHT INTO the tendon sheath, and it works by STOPPING HEALING. That is what I understood, I'm not a doctor.
