Thanks, Robin. I plan to not play at all until further developments. At the moment I'm using aspirin and gentle stretching. My grandmother had an injury-caused rigid finger that I found fascinating when I was a child but it isn't something I want for myself!

Incidentally, I'm a woman- so the chicks and the macho approach isn't much of a temptation for me.:)
