Once again Rick has the right string but the wrong yo-yo.I don't know of anyone with a love of folk (and folks) who wouldn't be captivated by Lee Hays. The stories and tales in the public domain are just wonderful and I too would love some additional "insider" stories. Additionally to the book was the PBS thing which was just great. I taped it and no matter how many times I watch it, I'm laughing and crying at the end. I too would have loved to have been around NY then and about 50 other times and places.........which is why so many of us value the Patons and Art and the rest.........living history, passing on the tales and songs and histories...the best of the folk tradition and folk process.........and that's happening here and now. Ya' know this ain't a bad time either......and this sure is a great place.
