very reasonably priced shareware for what it does.
I find it very useful for learning tunes off recordings,
and quite easy to use interface as well.

you can slow tunes down with sliders (without changing the pitch although that is possible too)
or loop through any parts of tunes.

I had previously used cooledit but this is much easier.
