My nominations:

"Achy Breaky Heart" - hilariously bad lyrics and relentlessly basic tune, but it's good dance music.

"I Will Always Love You" - by Whitney Houston - in which the diva once again massacres a gnat with a sledgehammer as only she can do it.

"Wiggle, Wiggle" - by Bob Dylan - very weird, but I still like the way he sings it. He's done some other pretty bad stuff too. Do I care? No. I wouldn't criticize Michelangelo for doing a couple of fingerpaintings on an off day.
