I am in Boston and whooeee it isnowing up a storm. I am tempted to strap on the cross-country skis and head for the park up the road but the wind is blowing hard enough that this would not necessarily be pleasant.
I have an afternoon and evening of festivities planned (a holiday party and then club-hopping with a friend) but I am thinking it might be best to stay home...even though I would not be driving but taking public transportation.
I think the weatherguys tend to exaggerate this stuff sometimes, but this one is a doozy, esspecially for the first storm of the season where, notoriously, drivers in Boston seem to have forgotten how to drive in snow...
