I just got in my first cross-country ski of the season. Great! Pittsford has built a nice public trail system that I can get onto out of my back door. This is true luxury.

Two questions:

1) I concede that sex - good, loving friendly sex - is better than the first beer after coming in from cross-country skiing hard. I can't think of anything else that is. Can anyone else?

2) Can anyone suggest a nursing home in the northeast that provides masseuses and a chiropractor, on staff?
