I have just put English and Esperanto versions of the Mennonite Christmas song "Nun ist sie erschienen, die himmlische Sonne" in my online hymnal, but I have been unable to find any information on the putative author (W Horn) or translators (P C Hiebert and David Letkeman), nor on the tune, which the 1958 Mennonite Brethren Church Hymnal, an often untrustworthy guide, ascribes to J R Murray. Any information on these folks or this tune (or any other tunes the song is sung to) as well as, especially, the German text, are most eagerly sought.
