Yes: I wouldn't have agreed until earlier this year, when I had some creamy Lancashire in the restaurant attached to Barton Garden Centre on the A6 (The Walled Garden?) and it was superb. The only time I've ever asked for a doggy bag to take some cheese home. Made at a local farm especially for the restaurant I think, I've not seen it anywhere else. It's not Mrs. Kirkham's, though that's not too bad at all. I must go back and have some more, if only to find the name.
