It has suddenly turned quite cold down here in Texas. We're joining much of the rest of the continent in winter weather. It feels too cold for cheesecake now--instead I favor a warm bowl of bread pudding for dessert. Has anyone ever had it with raspberry melba sauce? It is to die for.
