Steve Allen (the American one) once had a program called Meeting of the Minds that asked and answered this question every week. If they brought it back, I'd buy a television to watch it. Since I like Japanese history, here's a Japanese set:

Admiral Sun - the Korean who commanded the fleet destroyed by the 'Divine Wind'. (I think that's the right name)
Abbot Nichiren
Tokugawa Ieyasu
The man who founded the Black Dragon Society in the early 1930's.

And I'd really like to have Emperor Meiji there, too; and maybe Oda Nobunaga.
