I would call the fire department (non-emergency number) and ask for advice. Occasionally, buildings are not built to withstand the weight of water on the roof; that is, the weight--which is approximately eight to ten times that of snow, can over stress the building. Are there blocked drains? Important to get on this RIGHT NOW!
