Anyone else sing "The Second Story Window"? As kids it kept us occupied for hours on car trips.
You simply take the first three lines of any nursery rhyme (or any song with the right meter, and there are a lot) and plug in "And he/she/they threw it/him/her out the window" for the fourth line. Thus:

Little Bo-Peep has lost her sheep
And can't tell where to find them
Leave them alone and they'll come home
And she threw them out the window
CHORUS:
The window, the window,
the second story window
Leave them alone and they'll come home
And she threw them out the window!

Tune is similar to "Ain't Gonna Rain No More". Variants of this involve singing every verse and nursery rhyme you can think of to either Shady Grove or "OOooeee, Ride Me High" that Bob Dylan song.
This is best done with kids, or adults after 2 a.m.(or maybe anytime here at Mudcat)>
