Roll it all up in a ball. If the ball gets large enough that it is very difficult (or impossible) to get it out the front door, then enter it in the "Largest Ball of String in the World Contest", held annually in Goole, U.K. You may have to take out a wall to get the ball of string outside, but it's worth it for the promotional benefits that accrue. Then drive it to Goole in a suitable vehicle (truck or lorrie) and enter. If you don't win, take the thing home and keep adding to it, and try again the following year.
