I often make an elaborate, delicate, delicious casserole
layers of this yummy greek pastry can't remember what it
is called at the moment...the light flaky stuff that is
in layers of baklava....and brushing each layer with butter
and putting ricotta, pesto, peppers, mushrooms, olives,
sun dried tomatioes...sort of like a light version of those
la5rge flat noodles that casseroles are made of..golly,
can't remember what to call those either...also adding
parmesan, mozzarella, other ingredients..and pine nuts!
