The USA (and coalition) should obviously have dropped massive amounts of Pot Noodles to the starving masses in Afghanistan and Iraq after the recent wars there. Had this been done, so many hearts and minds would have been won that there would be nothing but peace and prosperity as far as the eye can see, and Islamic fundamentalism would have withered and died.
