Several websites contain the lyrics posted above. They all seem to be copied-and-pasted from the same source, and they say the title is FERRYMAN FERRYMAN—but there is no mention of a song by that title at the "official" Stompin' Tom Connors website. There is, however, a listing for a song called AROUND THE BAY AND BACK AGAIN. It's on 2 albums: "Stompin' Tom Meets Big Joe Mufferaw" (1970) and "On Tragedy Trail" (1969).

That website provides no lyrics or sound samples, but I think it's a pretty safe bet that AROUND THE BAY AND BACK AGAIN is the correct title.
