It's a real timewaster trying to keep up with all the tricks of the food industry. Sweetners containing aspartame, and it's in more products than just artificial sweeners, can trigger asthma. It's not known how many people are affected because the manufactures call the effect "panic attacks" rather than "bronchospasm" or "asthma". Why anyone would have a "panic attack" from eating yoghurt is not explained by the literature. Carol good luck and comiserations. Joy
