Bless you CarolC! Simplify. Eat only what you know will work for you. If you have to eat out, just get water, tea, juice or what ever you know will make you happy. Then eat later... Amazing, isn't it... to walk down the isles and find so little wholesome nutrition...
Can you get excercise? ...and I don't mean a casual stroll...
