Sorry you're not still ringing regularly, but if you can manage a quarter to changes 'inside' you'll be welcome. Will probably be a 'plain' method to start, doubles or triples. It's more important to have a quarter that is well struck and enjoyed by all than to try for spliced surprise maximus to start!
