I found a double CD a few years ago called The Greatest Christmas Show On Earth with operatic and orchestral performances. It's put out by London and includes Placido Domingo, Kiri Te Kanawa, Luciano Pavarotti, Leontyne Price, Joan Sutherland, and many others. It is simply exquisite.

I found a link to it, after searching the discography for Domingo at the Decca Records site, but they call this "the World's Greatest Christmas Album." Not sure why the name change, but it appears to be the same album. link (For some reason this listing shows 4 sides, when in fact it simply lists the contents of each CD two times.)
