Marion,Yes, that is until last February, I had to increase the protein to lose weight and cut way down on carbohydrates, so modified it to include some fish and once in a great while, chicken. It means the difference between living and deteriorating fairly quickly for me, so....I've lost 40 lbs, and when I am done losing, I will be going back to all vegetarian. I do use a special protein flour and shake mix, both, but they are expensive, though really, really low in carbs, so I can stay within my range.
I hadn't even looked at the jello pit because of that:-) Nice to know another "granola" is on here!
