I'm from Pittsburgh. Polish sausage is our national dish. With regards to Poles and polish, I've known a lot of Polish Americans. THEY ARE THE CLEANEST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET!!! They make Germans look like slobs! I'm sure there are signs on the Polish borders that read, "Welcome To Poland, Please Wipe Your Feet".

With regards to certain other comments about other types of sausage, there's always toad in the hole, but perhaps we shouldn't go there.
