My Stew

2Lbs stewing beef

1/4 cup Flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1&1/2 cups beef broth

1 teaspoon worstiershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprica

1 chopped onion

4 chopped carrats

3 cubed potatoes

1 Bay leaf

Put beef in crock, pour in flour, stir to coat beef. Combine all other ingrediants and pour in. Cook on Low for 12 hours!
