I wouldn`t argue with that point of view, as the Song says they were kicked out by the local Squires,landed gentry, or whoever did the dirty work around the mid 1800s, as the man in the song says, "just you bastards bloody wait and i`ll let you know" [or words to that effect]. Ard Mhacha.
