Thanks for all the helpful comments. Most newspapers and magazines usually have a list of those who have passed away, at the end of each year. The above list has nothing to do with obsession with death or otherwise but is one way of paying respect and affection to those who throughout their life have brought happiness in one form or another to many people. There is always going to be ones missing from the list and I did many an apology for any that I missed off.
There will always be people who complain about things and that is their right but as far as I know there is no gun pointed at their heads making them read postings they don't like.
