It's hard to say what's going on just from those photos. I'm afraid I agree with Bruce. That third photo - that woman has a bunch of muscles and the guy doesn't. It might be more a sign of common sense that she's carrying the big stuff, or it might be one of those "These are MINE and that stupid 6-pack is yours, so just keep your mits off my beer. I can carry it myself, Mr. Macho!" things.

Now, what's misogynist? The fact that someone would use those photos on a page entitled "Man of the Year awards."
