Last week we had Mary's sons over from the snowy hills of west yorkshire and even they were impressed by the freeze-your-face-off NE wind that blows over the fens, and that was just a brisk Sunday pre-opening time walk up Reach Lode, not standing around in the streets for hours... We know how to do cold here!
