Are you intending to say that the search engines you listed do search .org and .edu? If so, better re-read the policy statements (and maybe I should too). Google, at least, was quite open about their policy of not searching those sites on any regular basis the last time I looked. They do pull up .gov fairly often, but for the most part they only go where there's commercial interests or advertising involved one way or another.
