How is it possible to be "European or Eastern European"? (McGrath asks)
Easily. Haven't we learned in many threads here that 'South Americans' are different from 'Americans'? That's how it goes. I only ask myself if for an American who is not South American 'Europe' ends at the Channel? So perhaps we are already 'East Europeans'. I would protest that. Poles, that is o.k. with me, but not us. I don't mind discrimination unless I am on the wrong side of the divide.
