Sorry guys!! I have been very busy and have not had a chance to get back to this thread. My problem was with the software that came with the Mustek 600. When I installed it, it came up for the Mustek 400 and wouldn't let me access some of the sections of the program. I emailed the tech-service and they sent instructions on how to fix it by removing some of the Twain and Twunk files. I followed their instructions and then nothing worked. I have contacted them again but have not had any reply. Is there some other software that I can use instead of the Mustek software that came with the scanner? Sorry I didn't tell you the exact problem the first time. I not a 'puter nerd'. Please bear with me.
